Following our previous communication, we are pleased to inform you that your current World Credit Card will be upgraded to a CBD Visa Infinite Credit Card within the next 5 working days.
What's next |
1- Card Issuance Notification: CBD will send you an SMS once your physical CBD Visa Infinite Credit Card is issued.
2- Physical Card Delivery: Within seven working days of the issuance notification, our courier service will reach out to arrange delivery at your preferred date and time.
3- Digital Card Enablement : An inactive digital card will be visible on the CBD App. Once you have received and activated your physical card, you will be able to add the digital card to the digital wallets through the CBD App.
You can continue to use your current World Credit Card until your new card is received and activated through the CBD Mobile App.
