We're upgrading to serve you better!

At CBD, we’re always looking for ways to improve your banking experience. As part of our ongoing efforts, we are currently upgrading our systems to bring you enhanced features and more convenience.

What you need to know:

While we complete this upgrade, some customers will temporarily receive a debit card labelled as a "Business Debit Card."
Don’t worry, this card works exactly the same as a regular debit card. You can use it for all your daily transactions - online, in-store, and at ATMs - just as you normally would.

Why am I receiving this card?

Due to the ongoing upgrade, we’re sending this temporary card so you can continue accessing your account without disruption. Your new upgraded debit card will be issued to you automatically once the upgrade is complete.

What should I do?

Simply activate and use the card as you would your regular debit card. Once the upgrade is finalised, we’ll send you the newly enhanced card and notify you when it’s on its way.

When will I receive my new card?

We’re working hard to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible. Once your new debit card is ready, we will notify you immediately and you’ll receive it at no extra cost.

Why did I receive a Business Debit Card?

As part of an upgrade to our debit card system, we’ve temporarily issued “Business Debit Cards” to ensure you have continued access to your account. This card functions exactly like your regular debit card. 

When will I get my new debit card?

Once our system upgrade is complete, you will automatically receive a new debit card. We’ll notify you when it’s on its way. 

Will there be any fees associated with this new card?

No, you will not be charged any additional fees for this temporary card or the upcoming replacement.
