Commercial Bank of Dubai honoured at the third edition of “Transformers Awards”

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), one of the leading banks in the UAE, walked off with the “Transformers Award” for best customer-oriented transformation, which the bank won for its newly launched “Direct From Customer-DFC” initiative, at a ceremony held recently in Morocco.

The award was received by Amit Malhotra, General Manager – Personal Banking Group. The “Transformers Award” is a strong testament to the bank’s leading position in digital banking and innovation, and adoption of technology to enhance the customer’s banking experience.
